Fundamentals Jiu JItsu




Our Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals program was designed for the beginner student. In this program you will learn the 60 most effective Jiu Jitsu techniques that are used in fighting. The 60 techniques will be broken down to 25 lesson plans. Each lesson plan is one hour long and you can start training at anytime during the 25 lesson cycle. This program is informative, challenging, fun and safe.

Our Program has been used by 1000's of people and 100’s of Law Enforcement, Military and Special Forces. This program will get you Fit, Fundamentally sound, Confident, Disciplined and teach you how to overcome yourself.

Each class will consist of a Fitness warm up, Jiu Jitsu Specific warm up, the week’s lesson plan(s) and finish with specific live training.  

Once you complete the 25 lesson Cycle (2) times you are eligible to test out and move into our Advanced Jiu Jitsu program and even sign up to the next Jiu Jitsu Competition if you desire. 


Fundamental Cycle (Meat and Potatoes)

(White Belts) Average Time to Master 6 to 12 months

Before learning a Flying Arm bar and signing up to a competition, a student must know the Meat and Potatoes of a solid Martial Arts program. No point on knowing how to do fancy moves if you can’t defend a takedown, apply an arm bar, block a punch or do a basic roll. With this program you will learn the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense,
